I am Dannie Quilitzsch, and my passion lies in helping conscious leaders align with their purpose and co-create a more beautiful world. As a psychologist, consultant, and coach, I bring my expertise to support individuals and organizations in their growth and transformation journeys.
After having been serving as the Master Growth Architect and Community Catalyst at Hypha.Earth from 2019 to 2023, a visionary movement and ecosystem dedicated to building a planetary civilization, I am now advising and collaborating with selected communities to co-create solutions for thrivable worlds and futures such as EARTHwise, Impact Integrity, The Universe and Blue Zen.
I am also the Founder, Director, and CEO of Laulima heal & evolve, a platform that offers healing, bodywork, and coaching services. Through Laulima, I inspire and empower millions of people worldwide to heal and evolve on their personal paths.
My professional journey began in the advertising and marketing field before pursuing psychology studies at the university. With a background in systemic therapy, I established my own consulting and coaching business in 2002. Since then, I have been working with corporations and startups, helping them develop sustainable, regenerative, and socially innovative strategies, products, and services. I specialize in coordinating partnerships between corporations and non-profit organizations, fostering collaboration for positive impact.
Throughout my career, I have been involved in various impactful initiatives. I have served as the chairlady of the advisory board for Viva con Agua de Sankt Pauli, guiding the international organization in scaling vertically into different entities and expanding globally. I have also consulted Deutsche Post DHL in their Corporate Citizenship programs, including GoTeach, which aims to enhance youth employability worldwide in collaboration with SOS Children’s Villages and Teach For All.
From 2014 to 2017, I led the Hamburg Social Impact Lab, an incubator for social entrepreneurs. This experience allowed me to support and mentor over 50 startups, gaining valuable insights into social business and entrepreneurship.
In January 2018, I co-founded War Child Deutschland, combining my passions as a psychologist, innovative entrepreneur, and visionary enthusiast to contribute to positive change in the world.
Since 2020, I have been actively involved in the co-creation of SEEDS, a regenerative ecosystem that encompasses a digital currency and global community. SEEDS focuses on values and actions that benefit the planet, nature, and all beings, providing a new paradigm for our world.
In addition to my organizational work, I am deeply committed to working as a psychologist, therapist, and coach for individuals and groups. I offer personal sessions as well as workshops and retreats in programs such as “Love Yourself More” and “You are what the world needs now,” fostering personal growth and spiritual development.
I believe that life is a precious gift, and it is important to do what you love and do it often. Embracing change, opening our hearts and minds to new experiences and people, and exploring the world through travel are all part of our collective journey. Life is about the connections we make and the contributions we create, so let us go out and start creating, living our dreams, and making a positive impact in this world we share.
